Exhibitions from Ambit Energy Specialists will be scheduled to introduce various wealth building strategies, one of the first steps towards the elimination of poverty.
All contestants are required to spend one week in New York for the preparation of the pageants.
A detailed schedule will be included in your Contestant's Welcome Kit. Contestants and their families/guests are required to pay for their travel, meals, accommodations, and incidentals. However, the pageant’s office will assist any and all contestants and their guests with bookings and accommodations for their stay, free of charge if needed.
The contest will be a three-day event through a process of elimination. The first day of competition will consist of all the participating contestants. Five judges will vote and select the first group of potential winners in a point system manner. Each contestant will be judged on the following General Categories: Best Casual Attire, Best Swimwear, Best Personality and Best Approach to their respective Humanitarian Category. The second day of competition will consist of the judges selecting another portion of potential winners from the remaining contestants, based on the same categories. On the third and last day of the contest, the judges will select and crown the grand prize winner based on the Final Categories: Best Casual Attire, Best Swimwear, Best Evening Formal Gown/Attire and Best Essay on their Humanitarian Category effort to Stand Against Poverty. A list of categories from Stand Against Poverty and Initiatives for the Development of Humanity will be made available for you to choose from, once you register as a contestant. Please note that there will be six contestants to each humanitarian category and two contestants from each category will be eliminated on the first night, three on the second night, leaving the final contestant from that humanitarian category to go on to compete in the final night. Once you pick your category from the list, you will be registered as one of the three contestants representing that humanitarian cause in the competition and therefore are in direct competition with each other in that category. For example, if you choose the category “Youth Empowerment,” you will write your essays on how you can improve, change and make a difference with disadvantage youths, etc. You will also bear the sash of “Miss Youth Empowerment” throughout the competition.
